Office Capabilities

The offices of Core Association Services are located in the heart of Falls Church,, VA eight miles from the District of Columbia and one mile from the East Falls Church Metro station.

Our office is fully operational -- with five computers, five printers, fax machine, a photocopier, scanner, postage meter, mailing scales, backup systems, a phone line for each client, and high speed internet connection. We have a storage room in our office for storage of client records, and we also maintain climate controlled off-site storage in Chantilly, VA.

In addition, we have several software packages which we use and upgrade regularly. These include IC Verify credit card processing software, Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Office Professional Version (which includes publisher and access), Adobe Acrobat professional version, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Word Perfect and the Corel Draw graphics suite. With our in-house capabilities, we can provide most of the services which our clients need without ever leaving the office.

Our staff is very proficient in Access software, which we use to maintain offline databases. We work with online databases through MySQL interface programs.

We do extensive web site work using the following platforms: Drupal, Joomla, Word Press, Naylor, and yourmembship.com.

Our staff has also taken the Cvent training and are knowledgeable about how Cvent works and are proficient in using their system.
